Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS PROMOTION IS SUBJECT TO FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Sponsor

The Pitchfire $1 Million Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Request for Meeting, Inc. dba Pitchfire (“Sponsor” or “Pitchfire”).

2. Eligibility

  • Must be a legal resident of the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Must register using a valid work email address.
  • Must have an active Pitchfire plugin installed (Chrome, Outlook, or Gmail) throughout the contest period.
  • Only one Pitchfire account per person is allowed.
  • Pitchfire employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on February 10, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on February 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. If Pitchfire does not reach 1,000,000 unique user signups by this time, the Sweepstakes is null and void.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, participants must:

  • Download a Pitchfire inbox plugin (Chrome, Outlook, or Gmail).
  • Create a Pitchfire account using a valid work email.
  • Obtain their Pitchfire profile link.
  • Comment on the official LinkedIn post (Ryan O’Hara’s post) with their Pitchfire link.

IMPORTANT: Only one account per person is allowed. Users who change jobs must contact support to migrate their account.

5. How to Earn Additional Entries

Participants can earn additional entries by responding to cold sales emails using the Pitchfire plugin between February 10 and August 31, 2025.

  • A reply to a cold email using the Pitchfire plugin counts as an additional entry.
  • The cold email must be from an individual salesperson’s business email (B2B).
  • The reply must use the Pitchfire plugin’s threading feature and include the participant’s Pitchfire profile link.

Disqualification Risks: Marketing emails, transactional emails, and non-cold emails do not count. Abusing the plugin to reply to ineligible emails will result in disqualification.

6. Winner Selection & Prize Details

If Pitchfire reaches 1,000,000 unique signups, one (1) eligible participant will be randomly selected to receive $1,000,000 USD. The drawing will take place on September 8, 2025.

Winner Selection Process:

  • A random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be contacted via their registered work email.
  • The winner must respond within 10 days to claim the prize.

IMPORTANT: If the winner does not respond within 10 days, their prize is void, and another winner will be drawn.

7. Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Pitchfire reserves the right to pay the prize in installments or a lump sum, depending on company liquidity.
  • The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
  • The winner must verify eligibility with a valid U.S. government-issued ID.

8. Cancellation & Void Clauses

The sweepstakes is null and void under the following conditions:

  • Pitchfire fails to reach 1,000,000 users by February 17, 2025.
  • Pitchfire shuts down, liquidates, or is acquired before the prize is paid.
  • Pitchfire fails to raise the necessary capital or revenue to fulfill the payout.
  • The winner does not claim their prize within 10 days.

Pitchfire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest due to fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. General Terms & Disclaimers

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • All users will be listed in Pitchfire’s B2B buyer marketplace upon account creation.
  • Pitchfire is not responsible for technical errors or miscommunications related to the Sweepstakes.
  • Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of New Hampshire.

10. Acknowledgment

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.
